*** If you are a dealership employee and do not have
a User Id and would like to create one, enter a dealer code and click the "Create
User Id?" link.
*** If you are an agent and do not have a User Id and
would like to create one, enter "Agent" for the dealer code and click the "Create
User Id" link.
If you have accessed Dealer Services in the past, but are having trouble now, please
try these troubleshooting tips:
1. Passwords are case-sensitive. Try turning your Caps Lock on or off.
2. Enter your Dealer code and User Id and click the "Forgot password?" link. Your
password will be emailed to the email address you provided the first time you logged
on to Dealer Services.
