US Maintenance

One of the fastest-growing products nationally is prepaid maintenance. Dealers are recognizing the financial and CSI benefits of having customers return on a regular basis to have basic services performed. After all, dealers invest significant advertising dollars to attract customers to the store once every four or five years. Sell a product that provides initial profit, increased service department income, and brings the customer back four times every year!

USWC provides the following three programs for immediate installation:
1) US Maintenance A - oil changes, tire rotations, coolant flushes, and basic transmission service provided at three mileage intervals.
2) US Maintenance B - oil changes, tire rotations, coolant flushes, and air filter/ wiper blade replacement provided at three mileage intervals.
3) US Maintenance C - oil changes and tire rotations at one interval.

One of the features that sets the US Maintenance programs apart is customization. Each dealer can add or delete service items from the program. Other items to consider include:

• Detailing services
• Valet Service
• Fuel Injection Cleaning

All US Maintenance programs include 1st- Day Car Rental Coverage. This is a nice feature for the F&I Department, as well as dealers with rental fleets. It pays for a rental car every time the vehicle is at the dealership for a manufactured-covered repair (warranty, recall, etc.). Unlike other programs, US Maintenance does not require an overnight stay for rental coverage to commence.
