vehicle is stolen and declared a total loss. An additional
$2,000 is paid if the consumer buys a replacement vehicle
from the original selling dealer. Finally, if the vehicle
is stolen but not declared a total loss, the consumer
receives up to $1,000 toward the insurance deductible
for repair work.

as it reaches the dealership. It is introduced to each
customer by the salesperson, and endorsed as a low cost,
